The Flanders Road church offers
great programs especially for the youth.
Bible Classes
Both on Sunday morning at 9:30 and on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. we have Bible classes for all ages (and we really mean all ages). There are classes for kids who can hardly sit up, and classes for adults who are getting almost to that stage. So no matter your age, or the age of your kids, there will be a class for you (and your children).
Children's Worship
We know that not every child is prepared to sit through the sermon, so we allow the children (ages 3 to 10) to leave the church auditorium during the sermon, if they wish to do so. Those who leave go upstairs with "Mr. Chad" and "Mr. Larry " sing and are taught a lesson appropriate to their attention span and interests.
Devo Deckers
Twice per month our youth (grades 5 through 12) get together after the evening worship for a time of fun, fellowship, study, and worship. This group also organizes occasional outings to Bible Bowls, Christian Camps, or other activities of interest.

Vacation Bible School is a very exciting time at Flanders Road. After years of trying different formats we have decided to hold VBS on all day Saturday. This seems to be a good fit for our families busy schedules. This year our theme was I'm Under Construction - God's Still Working on Me. With stories from Noah & his ark, The arc of the covenent & Tower of Babel we had lots of fun with a good mix of family values & bible knowledge. Our attendance at VBS tripled from 2006-2007 and with God's help and the excitement of the kids, we hope that 2008 brings even more fun and more friends.
